Korean and Japanese Fusion Buffet ~ well, the Japanese part was really pathetic, but the Korean buffet wasn’t bad =) I really liked the fried chicken wing, the tofu, the stirred fried clear noodle, and the … Mongolian pork/beef things. The selections weren’t huge… in Orlando, this buffet should only cost like 4.95 at most, but here in Boston, it’s ****ing 10.95. What can I say. Well, there is that Chinese Buffet across the street for like 4.95 too… should check that out sometimes.
If my memory serves me right, they have…
Stirred Fried White Rice - not very good, rather plain
Stirred Fried Veggie Lo Mein - not very good, rather plain
Squid in hot sauce - kinda ok, could be better tho if they actually have rings instead of just… I don’t know what part of the squid was used!
Tofu in soy sauce - I really liked this =) It’s the hard tofu, not the soft, and cooked pretty well!
Mongolian Stirred fried pork? - This needs a bit more salt I think… but it’s just straight up meat with onion.
Honey Chicken - Chinese dish that’s… average.
Korean BBQ Chicken - This is really good! But their chicken is so big! So… big.
Fried Chicken Wing - Great flavor =)
Green Beans - erm, about average…
Stirred Fried Veggie - Just veggies… nothing special
Some other things… but I forgot
It’s really self-served tho ~ the server’s only role was to bring us the first cup of water and fork… after that, we fetched our own water, our own new fork, and etc etc. We stayed for at least an hour and half and I ate so much I nearly blew up.
