Anatomical Sciences - Lecture 11 (Practicum)
I held a brain in my hands today. That’s the hightlight of yesterday’s practicum.
It’s 5:25 am, and I can’t fall asleep. Today, we’re having the EXCEL anatomy final, and I thought it’d be good to drink a red bull, and study for a bit. After tossing and turning the past 4 hrs, I give up. I simply cannot fall asleep. I tried counting sheep, but my brain went crazy and started thinking about the sheep brain and whether or not they have trigeminal nerves and if theirs divide up into opthalmic, maxillary, and mandibular as well. Perhaps their V does do that, and that their V1 also divide into frontal, lacrimal, and … oo, I always forget the 3rd division of V1… mmm, what is it… ah, forget it. Sheep are dumb animals. They follow the sheep herders anywhere and don’t care about anything but their luxurious fur. Wait, I’m a sheep too.
My brain is wide awake, but my eyes are hurting. I can feel my muscles tightening up - the lymphs are building up and I’m feeling weird… but hungry! Damn I’m hungry. I’m thinking of going to City Convienence now and get some chow… maybe McDonalds. Oh, I just remembered… I can fill out that survey thing!
