The Stand… revisited??
Well, finally got my hands on S. King’s newest, Cell and am finding that it’s too much like The Stand to avoid comparison. This time it’s not the Superflu, but the cell phone that’s the harbinger of doomsday. Written far too much like a movie script to not expect it out in widescreen in the near future… unless it’s already in production and out there. Anyway, gotta get back to it.
