SI Exam Review @ Hercules Programming Center Saturday from 12 noon – 2 pm EST
Today’s lecture started with Dr White telling us there’s trouble in the lab! We must hurry to the lab after class and get our asses in gear because the bacteria won’t wait till Monday to over grow!
So we spent like 15 minutes, discussing how to get everyone to the lab and do the unknown … especially with most of us not having the MCB kit with us. Oh well.
The rest of the class was spent discussing about how to calculate bacteria per mL using direct counting, pour plate, and streak plate method.
