Lab 05
I… somehow volunteered myself for the lab work today. Not having any lunch today somehow made me special for the blood sugar test. So, after the quiz and presentation, I went up and down the stairs with other “special people” for 5 minutes. I got my finger pricked and then my blood sugar measured. My “hungry” blood sugar was a 106, but my after snack blood sugar was a 180! So, that was fun I suppose.
