Lecture 21
Test is coming up again. We should start huddling together and study hard! March 11th is test #2, and that’s less than 2 weeks away. Everyone seem to have their own clique in the class, and all have their own study groups. Ah well, since I live so damn far away from campus, it’s too troublesome to drive 30 minutes to study with other people. Anyone that reads this blog, already have my notes, so it’s not like I’d be contributing anything to a study group anyway.

Summary:
Quick overview of the protein folding and why it folds. We then went into discussing the difference between Chaperon vs Proteosomes and also diseases that’d happen if unfolded proteins / misfolded proteins were left alone. The biggest concept today is that chaperon helps a protein refold/fold, while proteosomes whacks the protein into amino acids.
WHACK WHACK! BAD PROTEIN!

Dude, e-mail me where you live because I’m far from campus, too. Me and Ha-Long (the girl that was next to you today) would be down for starting our own MEGACLIQUE that could kick the other cliques’ asses.

Heh, half the people that read this blog (total of like 10 people?) know where I live anyway. Pretty close to the airport. If you know where Gatlin Ave and Semoran Blvd is, I’m walking distance from there.
